All course fees paid to DeutschPro Chennai are generally non-refundable. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If a student wishes to cancel enrollment before the course begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, depending on the administrative costs incurred. Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided.
In the rare event that we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure), students will receive a full refund of the course fees paid.
Selecting the “Pay Later” option does not guarantee or reserve a place in a course or telc examination.
Places in our courses and examinations are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Your registration is only confirmed once the full payment has been successfully received within the specified payment period and a place is still available.
Please note that other participants may complete their payment while your payment is still pending. Therefore, a course or examination date may become fully booked before you complete your payment, even if a place was available when you initially registered.
If the selected course or examination becomes fully booked before your payment is completed, DeutschPro cannot guarantee your originally selected place. Where possible, we may offer you an alternative available course, batch, or examination date.
If payment is received but the selected place is no longer available, you will be offered either:
No additional compensation or reimbursement of related costs will be provided due to a place becoming unavailable before the registration has been confirmed.
We therefore recommend completing payment as early as possible when using the “Pay Later” option.
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course schedule, subject to availability and approval. Additional administrative charges may apply.
All digital study materials, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
