Our courses are open to individuals who wish to learn German. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Enrollment in any course is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion.
All course fees must be paid in full as per the payment schedule provided at the time of registration. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances determined by us.
Registration for a telc examination becomes binding once the registration has been completed and the examination fee has been paid in full.
As examination places are limited and reserved specifically for each participant, registrations are considered final upon confirmation.
Once a registration has been completed, cancellation of the examination booking is not permitted.
The examination date and examination level cannot be changed after registration.
Examination fees are non-refundable, including in cases where the participant is unable to attend the examination for personal reasons or fails to appear on the examination day.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or force majeure), DeutschPro may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future examination date. There is no entitlement to such a transfer, and supporting documentation may be requested.
If DeutschPro is required to cancel or postpone an examination due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative examination date. If no suitable alternative can be provided, the examination fee will be refunded in full.
All study materials, content, and resources provided by DeutschPro Chennai are for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes, whether online or in person. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund.
You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or interfere with its proper functioning.
